Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, here's our policy on returns and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used personal care items
- Products on sale or clearance
- Gift cards or promotional giveaways
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at wecare@ekaivaorganics.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if the product is damaged or defective)
Our support team will guide you through the return process.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank or card account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please email wecare@ekaivaorganics.com with your order details.
7. Shipping Returns
- You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
